Second Class of the Vocational School in Ząbkowice Śląskie under the auspices of Kordas Sp. z o.o.

The labour market in Poland is constantly transforming. To keep up with the changes Kordas Sp. z o. o. decided to create patronage class in Ząbkowice Śląskie. The main purpose of the project is to improve quality and effectiveness of vocational education in the area. This is the first initiative of this type in our district

We are glad that in a certain way we can actively participate in the vocational education of young people. Thanks to the implementation of this project we will be able to introduce students to real professional life, showing what the company looks like, what the labour market expects. As far as the functioning of the patronage class is concerned, it will be a combination of theoretical and practical knowledge. Meaning,  the school is responsible for teaching the theory, while we participate in the practical aspect of the process – says Jarosław Kielar, CEO of Kordas Sp. z o.o.

The initiative includes number of measures which are supposed to enhance level of vocational education, such as organization of vocational courses and internships, possibility of employment for the best participants, etc.

We are proud of this project, because it is a unique example of a win-win situation which benefits the students, development of school as well as our company.
